Blueberry Spinach Smoothie

  • Blender or Food Processor


  • 130 g fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 handful fresh spinach washed
  • 1 inch piece of fresh ginger peeled and grated
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 100 ml Greek yoghurt
  • 100 ml Oat milk


  • Place all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor
  • Blend until smooth and silky
  • Add more milk or Greek yoghurt if you need to adjust the consistency of the smoothie
  • Pop in a couple of ice cubes if desired
